Terms
Terms of service
The arrangement between you and Kairos Software AI, Inc., doing business as MyTripLogix — in the plainest language we can manage while still being precise.

Your account
You need an account to use the product, you need to be at least 13 (16 where local law requires it), and the details you give at signup need to be accurate. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. Sharing a login is not how collaboration works here — invite people to a trip instead, which gives them their own access and lets you take it away again.
Your content stays yours
Your photos, itineraries, captions and notes belong to you. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to us.
To run the product we need your permission to do specific, obvious things with that content: store it, make the resized copies needed to display it, generate the print files for a book you order, and show it to the people you invite or to anyone holding a share link you created. That permission exists so the software can work, it extends no further, and it ends when you delete the content.
What not to do
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that sexualises or endangers a child.
- Use another person's photographs or likeness in a way they have not agreed to.
- Attack, overload, or attempt to break the service or the accounts of other people.
- Resell access to the product, or use it to build a competing one.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Plans and payment
Free accounts stay free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Plans section before you pay.
- Cancel any time. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Downgrading never deletes anything. Content over the lower plan's limits becomes read-only rather than being destroyed.
- If we change a price, it applies from your next renewal and we tell you before that renewal, not after.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can also cancel a new subscription within fourteen days of first subscribing for a full refund, regardless of the reason — write to legal@mytriplogix.com and we will process it.
Books
A book is a separate purchase from a subscription. The price is calculated live as you build it and shown in full before you pay.
Because each book is printed for you, an order cannot be cancelled once it has gone to press. Before that point you can change or cancel it. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or not matching the proof you approved, tell us and we will reprint or refund it. Approving the proof is the moment the layout becomes yours to own — check it properly, because a typo you approved is still a typo we printed.
A book is made to your specification and does not exist until you order it, so the EU/UK right of withdrawal that applies to the subscription above does not extend to it — the reprint-or-refund promise above is what covers a book that goes wrong.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data intact, and we keep backups. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and you should not treat MyTripLogix as the only copy of your photographs. The export tool exists partly for that reason — use it.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from your account settings. Export first if you want to keep anything; deletion is meant to be real. If you own a trip other people are working on, we will ask you to hand it over before it goes.
We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service entirely — in which case we will give you notice and time to export your data.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that is how you accept the new version. If you would rather not, delete your account and we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
What the AI writes
Captions, itinerary suggestions and the book narrative are drafted by an AI model. The model proposes and you dispose: every result is editable and reversible, and nothing reaches print that you have not approved.
Generated text can be wrong. Do not rely on a suggestion for anything that matters — opening hours, drive times, prices, safety, or whether a place still exists. Check it before you act on it.
What we do not promise
Except where the law says otherwise, MyTripLogix is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Your trips are your record of something that matters to you: keep your own copies of your photographs.
To the extent the law permits, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
