MyTripLogix is free to start and free to stay on — one active trip, 50 photos and its print-ready book layout cost nothing. Pro is $99.99 a year — about $8.33 a month, billed annually — and the printed book is bought separately when you order it.

Changing plan never deletes anything. A downgrade applies the lower limits at the end of the cycle you have paid for and makes anything over them read-only — it does not remove your trips, photos or books.
The book
What does the printed book cost?
The book is bought separately from your subscription and quoted at order time, before you pay. Your plan covers planning, photo handling, captions and producing the book file; the printing and shipping of a physical copy is its own purchase.
- Softcover is $29.99 and hardcover $49.99, with 20 pages included and $1.50 per extra page.
- Shipping is passed through at the press's own cost, and you see the full total before you pay.
- The proof is free on every plan, so you see the whole book laid out before ordering.

Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. Free covers one active trip, 50 photos on it, two collaborators and one book design for that trip — enough to plan a real trip, see the finished book laid out, and order as many printed copies of it as you like.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $99.99 a year — about $8.33 a month, billed annually in one payment. There is no monthly plan. It renews automatically each year, and you can cancel anytime from your account page; Pro then runs to the end of the year you paid for.
What does Pro add over Free?
Pro gives one traveller unlimited trips and books, 500 photos per trip, AI captions and itinerary suggestions, and books that render first in the queue. Free covers one active trip with 50 photos and one book design.
Is the printed book included in my subscription?
No — the book is bought separately: $29.99 for softcover and $49.99 for hardcover, with 20 pages included, $1.50 per extra page, and shipping and tax shown before you pay. Your subscription covers planning, photo handling, AI captions and producing the book file.
Do the AI features cost extra?
No. Itinerary suggestions, photo captions and the book narrative are included with Pro — there is no separate meter, allowance or per-run charge. On the Free plan the AI features are visible but locked.
Can I cancel, and what happens when I do?
You can cancel anytime from the billing section of your account page, and cancelling never deletes anything. Pro keeps running until the end of the year you paid for; after that the Free plan's limits apply and anything over them becomes read-only rather than being removed. Upgrading again restores full access.
