Support
How to reach us, and how to manage the parts of your account you might need to change without asking first.
Contact us
Email support@mytriplogix.com and a person answers. Include the email address on your account and, if the question is about a specific trip or book, its name — that is usually enough to answer without a second round trip.
Help guides
The help center answers the questions we are asked most: photos that landed on the wrong day, inviting people to a trip, sharing and privacy, exporting your data, and what a printed book costs.
The guides go longer on planning a trip, organizing travel photos, and turning the result into a book.
Managing your Pro subscription
Where you manage Pro depends on where you bought it. Cancelling never deletes anything: Pro keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and after that the Free plan’s limits apply, with anything over them becoming read-only rather than being removed.
- Bought in the iOS app. The subscription is billed by Apple, so it is changed or cancelled through Apple rather than through us. Open Apple’s subscription settings, or on your iPhone go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose MyTripLogix. Refunds for App Store purchases are also requested from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Bought on the web. Open your account settings and choose Manage billing. From there you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from either the app or the website, without writing to us. Deletion asks you to confirm, states exactly what will be destroyed, and locks the account immediately. Your content is then destroyed within thirty days, during which you can contact us to reverse it. Export first if you want to keep anything.
- In the iOS app. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
- On the web. Open your account settings and choose Delete your account.
If a Pro subscription bought through Apple is still active when you delete the account, cancel it with Apple as well. Deleting the account does not stop Apple billing it.
Printed book orders
A book cannot be cancelled once it has gone to press, because each one is printed for you. Before that point you can change or cancel it. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or not matching the proof you approved, email us with the order and a photo of the problem and we will reprint or refund it.
Put “book order” in the subject line. Print problems are time-sensitive in a way the rest are not, and that gets the message to the front of the queue.
Privacy and terms
What we collect and why is on the privacy page, and what you agree to is on the terms page. Questions about either go to the addresses given there.
